Chelsea resident Chad Hyllested was recently hired by Chelsea State Bank as an Infinex financial consultant to lead CSB investment services.
“I am very pleased to welcome Chad Hyllested as the newest member and leader of the investment team,” said Chelsea State Bank President and CEO John Mann in a press release.
“Chad joins our bank with more than five years of solid financial services experience. He adds a dimension that is focused on financial planning and investment services that is essential for our customer base,” Mann said.
Previously, Hyllested spent four years as a project manager at BD Ops/Sigma Financial Company in Ann Arbor where he managed the protocol for broker recruiting and provided assistance in transitioning, supporting and recruiting financial advisors.
He also placed trades for registered representatives in both retail and managed accounts. He is experienced in designing financial strategies for clients focused on retirement, life insurance and estate planning.
Hyllested has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, from Eastern Michigan University.
He is currently a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Hyllested will serve the Chelsea and Dexter area working from the bank’s South Main Street office in Chelsea.
