Chelsea State Bank Announces Board Reappointments

The Board of Directors of CSB Bancorp and Chelsea State Bank recently announced the reelection of Directors Craig Common, owner and head chef, The Common Grill; Nancy Graebner, president, St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea; and Mark Heydlauff, co-owner and store manager, Heydlauff’s Appliances.

The Board of Directors of Chelsea State Bank was also pleased to announce Chelsea State Bank has been honored by the Dexter Community Fund by giving the Bank their first named fund – CSB Dexter Community Enrichment Fund – in recognition of the bank’s cumulative contributions of $25,000.

“I am extremely pleased to announce the reelection of Craig, Nancy and Mark to our Boards for another three-year term. They have provided such great support and oversight for our organization,” said Chelsea State Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Joanne Rau in a press release.

“I am also excited to announce the CSB Dexter Community Enrichment Fund. We are honored to have this recognition in the Dexter community. As the local community bank, our focus is always to help care for the individuals, families, farmers and businesses in our communities; we are committed to their success today and tomorrow,” she said.

“Chelsea State Bank has played a key role in the development of the Dexter Community Fund,” said Dexter Community Fund Chair Julie A. Schumaker in a press release. “Chelsea State Bank was our first corporate donor in 2015, and with your most recent gift, will now be our first named fund, the CSB Dexter Community Enrichment Fund. We greatly appreciate Chelsea State Bank’s on-going support of the Fund and commitment to the Dexter community.”
