Jason and Suzei Povlich, owners of Jet’s Pizza in Chelsea, have opened a new restaurant across from Jet’s Pizza. It’s called the Grateful Crow, and its address is 420 North Main St. in Chelsea.

A ribbon cutting event was held Nov. 18 with representatives of the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce in attendance, to welcome the Grateful Crow, which opened three weeks ago.

Jason Povlich acknowledged that this is a difficult time to be in the restaurant business, especially on Nov. 18 when more Covid-19 restrictions took effect.

Although the Grateful Crow can’t serve people indoors at this time, it is offering patio seating with heaters as well as curbside pickup, carryout, and delivery.

Jason and Suzei Povlich designed what they describe as a romantic, gothic interior at the Grateful Crow, with original artwork. The menu includes sushi rolls, sashimi, salmon, and scallops, as well as steak and a variety of burgers, along with tasty side dishes and desserts. Creative cocktails are also available.
