The Chelsea High School Music Department took the Worldstrides Heritage Music Festival by storm last week in Philadelphia. They returned with these prestigious awards:
Maestro Awards for Individual Achievement:

- Joel Myers
- James Biller
CHS Symphonic Band, Gold Award, Outstanding Band Award, Adjudicator’s Award for score of 92 or higher, and an Invitation to National Festival.
Percussion Ensemble, Gold Award, Adjudicator’s Award for a score of 92 or better.
Symphony Orchestra, Silver award
House Orchestra, Gold Award, Adjudicator’s Award for a score of 92 or higher, and Outstanding Orchestra Award
Tour Choir, Gold Award, 1st in Division, and an invitation to National Choral Festival at Carnegie Hall
Men’s Vocal Ensemble, Gold Award, 1st in Division, and an invitation to National Choral Festival at Carnegie Hall
