In a unanimous vote of the Chelsea City Council Wednesday night, the planned community listening session was moved to Sept. 3 at 6 p.m.
When last night’s second listening session date was chosen, it was not known that the Chelsea District Schools would schedule parent meetings this week following a Monday night decision to begin school virtually on Aug. 31.
