Cassandra Provenzola recently opened her business, Proven Kitchen and Bath Studio, at 3219 Broad St. in downtown Dexter.

“We are home renovation experts,” said Provenzola. “I have always told my clients that our homes are as unique as we are. We are here for anyone looking to give some life to their home. I have re-built many homes to offer clients a catered space that fits their precise needs.”

Provenzola and her family live in Dexter Township, and have roots in both Chelsea and Dexter.

She and her husband enjoy activities in both downtown Chelsea and Dexter, and her daughter is a third-grader in the Chelsea School District, which they love being part of.

At her studio, Provenzola works with a client from the beginning of their wish list and sees it through the design process and the build, to the paint and furnishings.

“Proven Kitchen and Bath Studio does in house designs, manages projects and builds, all under one roof,” said Provenzola. “We are a turn key service for home renovation. As a builder, I look at a home’s structure, and as a designer I space plan and work with my clients on creating their happy place at home.”

Provenzola works with the clients’ budgets, homes, and needs. She is a licensed builder and studied interior design at Eastern Michigan University.

“When I design a space, I mechanically assess the home’s needs,” she said. “This gives me an alternate perspective in the design industry and by doing so renovations are well thought out and specified. When it is time for the work to begin, I manage the crew and the installation so that the design details that have been diligently selected are implemented.”

Provenzola cites two major aspects of re-design: One, finding space where there isn’t any, and two, creating age in place design and handicap accessibility.

The front of Proven Kitchen and Bath Studio offers a boutique with home accessories.

“You can find local handmade artisan gifts, decorative lighting, and splurges for your home,” said Provenzola. “The showroom houses cabinetry and countertops, decorative hardware, tile, and plumbing fixtures. We cater to all scales of home projects.”

Proven Kitchen and Bath Studio is not limited to kitchens and baths, but they are the specialty of the studio and are considered a home’s host complicated construction projects.
