On Nov. 19, Janet Mattke and her husband were shopping in downtown Chelsea and she lost her wallet, a woman’s billfold, black in color with a zipper closure and a small black strap.
“We were walking from Bumbles to the Potting Shed (the last place I used my billfold),” she said in an email.
They then headed to Moran’s Consignment and to Cleary’s, where they had lunch.
“At that time, I noticed my billfold missing,” Janet Mattke said, adding the couple retraced their steps but if had not been found.
