Someone illegally dumped furniture and other construction materials at the Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority (WWRA) recycling bin site on Memorial Day, and officials are looking for its owner.

It’s illegal to dump items of this type at the recycling site on Old Manchester Road, and there is $1,000 fine.
