Eagle Scout Thomas Kennings honored by Chelsea City Council

Thomas Kennings was honored by the Chelsea City Council Monday night for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout as a member of Troop 425.

In addition to earning 21 merit badges, his Eagle Scout service project included the rebuilding of eight picnic tables that will be utilized during the Chelsea Community Fair and will be located in the Ken McCalla Memorial Pavilion.
