The last month of the outdoor Chelsea Farmers Market is underway, and there are plenty of reasons to visit Palmer Commons this Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Take advantage of the autumn harvest, and enjoy the fruits and vegetables of the season.

You’ll find carrots, broccoli, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, onions, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, squash and plenty of fresh herbs, along with raspberries, plums, apples, and apple cider.

For those with a sweet tooth, enjoy French baked goods, cinnamon buns, and a big choice of cookies.

You’ll also find body balms and herbals, as well as candles, soaps, pottery, and jewelry.

The market will run through the end of October.

Saturday market vendors this season include Brieland Shoultz Farm, Bordine Farms, Goetz Family Farm, Heim Gardens, Jacob’s Fresh Farm Shares, Kapnick Orchards, Lake Divide Farm, Merkel Gardens and Greenhouses, Tantré Farm, Two Tracks Acres, La Baguette, Lakehouse Bakery, Stone Hearth Bakery, Sweet & Salty (cookies), Raterman (sourdough bread), Fluffy Bottom Creamery, Para Para Creamery, H&H Sugarbush, LLC, Shoreline Wild Salmon, Affeathermations, Awakened Provisions, Bristle’s Handmade and Homegrown, Debbie’s Beads, Lavender and Honey Herbal Apothecary, Country Hills Pottery, Elderwoods, Hoppy Soap, Holdwick, Santa Rosa Watercolors, Smellz so Good (candles), and Thistle Blossom Herbal.
