If you are a fan of fresh, locally grown and raised food, consider joining the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) options that the Chelsea area has to offer.

You’ll have the chance at the CSA Fair, Sunday, Feb. 23, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Agricole, located at 118 N. Main St. in downtown Chelsea.

Local farmers will be there to explain what their CSAs have to offer, giving you the chance to find the best option for you. You’ll have the chance to sign up for memberships for weekly boxes of in-season produce and more.

Choices will include fruits, vegetables, and meats along with organic options.

Some of the CSAs that will be represented at the Fair include Kapnick Orchards, Tantre Farm, Noka Homestead, Honest Eats, Goetz Greenhouses, Jacob’s Fresh Farm, Stella Matutina Farm, Hay Creek Heritage Farm, Lands of Bru-Garick, and Pregitzer Farm.

The Chelsea Farmers Market and 5 Healthy Towns will be hosting the 4th annual CSA Fair.
