Thursday, Oct. 31, was a wet Halloween, but the Chelsea Kiwanis Club celebrated the weather didn’t dampen the annual Halloween Costume judging celebration at Cole Funeral Chapel.

Included in the festivities was cider and donuts for all, along with the costume judging party.

There was a good turnout, with many creative costumes.

Many thanks to the Key Club at Chelsea High School for judging.
