Super heroes, witches, princesses and Star Wars characters were among the many colorful and creative costumes that filled the halls of North Creek Elementary School on Oct. 31, Halloween.
As is an annual tradition at North Creek, the costumed children and their teachers paraded around the Lanewood neighborhood where hundreds of parents and families cheered them on.
Principal Kimberly Gillow led the way and the parade of students and teachers followed.
Fortunately, it was a dry day with temperatures in the 50s, which made it relatively comfortable for all involved.
Students were happy to show off their costumes in preparation for evening plans for many to go trick or treating.
