Happy 4th of July, everyone.
Hope I’ll see you at the 46th Annual Chicken Broil at the Chelsea American Legion Post 31 today beginning at about 11 a.m. until all the chicken is sold out.
Included in a take-out or eat-in dinner are a half chicken, baked beans, Cole slaw, a bag of chips and a roll and butter for $10.
Beverages and desserts (while they last) are an additional cost.
The proceeds from this fundraiser are used to assist veterans in the Chelsea community.
The event is organized by Squadron 31 of the Sons of the American Legion and is held at the Legion Post, 1700 Ridge Road in Sylvan Township.
