Hometown Holiday: Parade applications due by Friday, Nov. 16

The Hometown Holiday parade committee is now accepting entries for the annual light parade on Saturday, Dec. 1.

Entries into the parade must be reviewed and approved by the parade committee prior to participation in the parade.  If you have questions, please contact Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce at 475-1145.

Here’s a Parade Application 2012.

Equestrian/horse units, floats, marching bands, fire unit, color guard/veterans, musical group, walking groups and animals are welcome but you must be decorated in lights and have a Christmas theme.

The parade begins at 6 p.m. and floats must line up no later than 5 p.m.

Applications must be received by Friday, Nov. 16.
