With an opening on the Chelsea City Council because of the resignation of former Council Member Rick Catherman, the following information was presented as a discussion item at the Monday, July 20 Zoom meeting.
You are eligible to apply for the open spot if you are a registered voter who has lived in the City of Chelsea for at least a year.
The application closes on Aug. 12.
Anyone interested is asked to fill out the simple form and include a resume then return the information to city hall. City staff will receive the applications and forward them to the City Council.
The term for the appointment will run until the next City Council election, which is November, 2021.
