Last Friday, families drove through the parking lot loop by the Chelsea School District Central office and were greeted by and cheered for by the police and fire department as well as a big yellow school bus.
The preschool and central office staff lined up following social distancing practices with posters and pom poms to cheer for them.
North Creek Elementary Principal Kimberly Gillow was the last guest cheering for them with a sign welcoming the new students to North Creek.
What an amazing event for these children. Thank you Chelsea for going out of your way for some your smallest citizens.
