Photo by Randall Lee.  While the rain cut short Saturday’s Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce Fundraiser, the Backyard Beer Garden, it was sponsored by Lynae MacLellan’s Devil’s Haircut at Chelsea’s Palmer Commons. The rain didn’t dampen the spirits of many celebrants who sought shelter under the vendors tents, then at Lynae’s Crazy Diamond, which she opened for those not quite ready to call it a night.
