On Monday, Jan. 21, Transition Town Chelsea will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Washington Street Educational Center, 512 E. Washington St., Room 112.
What if we didn’t have an outside speaker for a month? Would some of us speak about what is on our minds? What if that just happened to be the first month of the new year?
This month, the group will have more of a real potluck meeting. Let’s discuss items of interest to us as we begin 2019.
- Eat first (as usual)
- A round of “open mic” time for anyone who would like to speak for up to 5 minutes (optional)
- Group discussion of what we can do in the coming year
If you are “one of the regulars,” share thoughts and feelings.
If you have not come to our potlucks before, then come and take the opportunity get to know the group in a relaxed setting.
Potluck meal begins at 6:30 p.m. The open mic and open discussion begin at 7:15 p.m. If you are coming to the potluck meal, please bring a dish to pass and your own place settings.
Many thanks to the Chelsea Senior Center for providing us meeting space in the evenings. And as always, the meetings are free and open to anyone interested.
