The choice of fresh produce continues to grow at the Saturday Farmers Market in Chelsea. This Saturday you can expect cherries, raspberries, summer squash, cucumbers, garlic, and plenty of herbs.
Among the many vendors is Denise Wirtz with Thistle Blossom Herbal. She creates and sells healing moisturizing body balms, lip balms, and body oil blends. All of her products are chemical and petroleum free.
At Thistle Blossom Herbal, you’ll also find Go Away Bug Spray to deter fleas, mosquitoes and ticks, Lavender Linen Spray, and Boo Boo fix it sticks, which help take the itch out of insect bites.
You’ll also find homemade breads and cookies at the market, along with cheeses, meats, and eggs. Artisans will be selling soy candles, jewelry and pottery.
