Fluffy Bottom Creamery makes artisanal cheese and yogurt on a farm just east of Chelsea. They use the milk of pasture raised Jersey Cows as well as Lacaune sheep.
At the Saturday market, Fluffy Bottom sells a variety of cheeses ranging from ricotta and feta, to gouda, cheddar and camembert.
The Creamery uses fresh Jersey milk in its yogurts, which are all made in small batches. Flavors include vanilla, blueberry, and strawberry.
Fluffy Bottoms’ products are all antibiotic free.
Also at the farmers market this week, you’ll find meats, radishes and rhubarb, spinach, green beans, and zucchini.
John Latini will provide the entertainment. At the kids tent this week, the subject will be “How different food fuels our bodies.”
The market runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and is located in the municipal parking lot by the library along Park Street.
