Are you ready for the best Fourth of July barbecued chicken?
Then head to the American Legion Post 31 where chicken dinners will be available beginning at 11 a.m. until all 500 chicken dinners are sold out.
Organized by Squadron 31 of the Sons of the American Legion, this annual event will be held at the Legion Post, 1700 Ridge Road in Sylvan Township.
Included in a take-out dinner are a half chicken, baked beans, Cole slaw, a bag of chips, cookie, a roll and butter for $15.
The proceeds from this fundraiser are used to assist area veterans.
In the event of a monsoon, the event will be cancelled.
