June 19: stop by Marks Farm at the Wednesday Farmers Market

Strawberries have arrived at the Wednesday Chelsea Farmers Market along with a variety of fresh greens, asparagus, rhubarb and more.

The market runs from 1-5 p.m. in the Chelsea State Bank parking lot at the intersection of M-52 and Old US-12.

Among the Wednesday vendors is Deb Marks, who sells fresh produce and a variety of plants. She has hanging baskets, succulents, vegetables and herbs. Marks Farm and Greenhouse is located in Britton.

Enjoy all sorts of cookies at the market, from a variety of chocolate and peanut butter cookies to French madeleines to gluten free cookies. There are also eggs, cheese, and meats for sale.

Among the vendors at this season’s Wednesday market are Jacob’s Fresh Farm Shares, K’s Acres, Needle Lane Farm, Pregitzer Farm, Bordine Farms, Golden Fleece Farms, Marks Farm, Kapnick Orchards, Affeathermations, LA Baguette, Stone Hearth Bakery, Awakened Provisions, Sweet & Salty (cookies), Smellz So Good (candles), and Jam Man.
