Summer is officially underway and that means freshly picked Michigan cherries, blueberries, and raspberries are for sale at the Wednesday Chelsea Farmers Market.
Zucchini and cucumbers are also available along with other fresh produce and a large selection of plants.
You’ll also find fresh baked goods, locally made peanut butter, seasonings, Polish foods, kettle corn, and crafts.
The Smokey Michigan food truck is part of the Wednesday market and offers a variety of freshly made foods including brisket, pork, and portobello tacos, nachos, and wraps.
The Wednesday market runs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and is located in the parking lot of Chelsea State Bank, 1010 S. Main St., at the corner of M-52 and Old US-12.
