June 9: learn about Michigan’s ‘herps’ at the Discovery Center

On Sunday, June 9 from 2-3 p.m. learn about Michigan’s “herps” – amphibians and reptiles at the Discovery Center.

Nature Discovery will bring a variety of live snakes and turtles that can be found in our state.

Observe these intriguing creatures up-close as you learn about their diverse lifestyles and how they survive in Michigan.

Following the program, you will have the opportunity to handle some of them and watch them eat.

Cost: $2/person or $5/family.
