Dear Editor:
I fully support Dr. Glenn Fox for the Chelsea Board of Education.
Dr. Fox and his family have been friends of ours for years. His kindness, empathy and strength as a father and husband are indicative of his ability to create a strong and inclusive place of learning. More importantly, he is capable of offering a place for healthy and strong social/emotional development.
He loves the Chelsea community and wants to uplift this community, as evidenced not only through speech but the conviction that leads to action.
Dr. Fox’s gift as a researcher lends itself to new ideas and possibilities. His experience as a teacher gives him the wisdom to listen to opposing viewpoints and strive for balance, always taking into consideration the best for students, teachers, and administrators. His experience as a professor/researcher in higher education also helps in his capacity to help solve interpersonal conflicts, facilitating a School Board to work together more effectively.
I believe that his exceptional ability; and easy going, flexible personality, make him the perfect candidate for the Chelsea School Board of Education.
I couldn’t be happier and more pleased to know that he considers sharing his gifts with our community.
