This is in support of the item about monthly garden weed pickups.
I’m not happy about it, either, and at first thought I might have misinterpreted the instructions. We’ve usually put some bags out with weeds and occasional plants in them.
We’ve never included leaves, yard rakings, or grass clippings—we live in a condo where the association takes care of those. We rarely have sticks of any kind. That pretty much doesn’t leave anything for us to put out on the curb, but (similar to Jan Bernath) we’re unable to take anything to Werkner Road ourselves, so we’ll have to find someone to do it for us.
That also means we have some of those nice brown bags to sell.
