By Lisa Carolin

The Lima Township Board unanimously passed a motion to apply for $414,283 in funds through the American Rescue Plan at the board’s July 12 meeting. The application deadline is July 27 for the emergency funds.

In other action, the board unanimously passed a request to have Hoppe Design do a master plan proposal for the N. Lima Center site behind the fire station. Board member Greg McKenzie suggested the proposal be done so that the board can make an informed decision about the site.
