  1. Time for city of Chelsea to do what’s right by its current citizens.
    Just say know to this terrible development.
    Don’t be blinded by extra tax revenue while selling the rest of us out

  2. Terrible idea. Hope Chelsea does the right thing and blocks it. This would be a nightmare for us12 and Freer Rd. area and all the people who live in the area.

  3. Sad, unfortunate uphill battle that affects Lima Twp. residents negatively. 2 medical office buildings that have NO BUSINESS being there. That is not inline for that corridor for Lima Twp OR the City of Chelsea per their own data. Not sure why the township was afraid to say no commercial- residential makes sense.

  4. They want tax revenue so they can continue on their vanity project township hall. Got to keep up with sylvan
    or surpass them.
