March 20: Chelsea Kiwanis to Participate in Downtown Pop Up Event Selling Gourmet Nuts

(Chelsea Update would like to thank Bob Milbrodt for the information in this story.)

Saturday, March 20 from noon to 5 p.m., Chelsea Kiwanis will participate in “Lotsa Luck Pop-Up Shop and Scavenger Hunt.”

Located by Palmer Auto Service, the Kiwanis tent will feature a 2.25 pound can of gourmet mixed tree nuts for $25. The can includes roasted and lightly seasoned almonds, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, and pistachios.

Our entire remaining inventory of nuts will be located at the tent. Once they are sold out, our 2nd Annual Sale will conclude.

We appreciate the generosity of the Chelsea community purchasing our nuts and delicious delights.

Proceeds of the sale help support the 35 groups Chelsea Kiwanis works with each year. The sale has allowed us to continue our mission, softening the blow of losing our normal fundraisers – our food concession trailer sales at the Sounds and Sights Festival and at the Chelsea Community Fair.
