Aberdeen Bike and Outdoors will host a series of free events at its store at 1101 S. Main St, Chelsea, beginning Wednesday, Jan. 16.
All events take place on Wednesday’s beginning at 6:30 p.m. and are free.

*Jan 16: Bike historian Alexander Pollock will talk about the evolution of bikes
*Jan 23: On the road service clinic: fixing your bike on a ride
*Jan 30: Talk and book signing with Olympian Sheila Taormina.
*Feb 6: Basic bike service clinic – everything you need to know to keep your bike running well
*Feb 13: Talk by Alexey Vermeulen, a Dexter High School student, US Junior national champion, who recently signed pro contract and will be fresh off a month of training with his pro team in Spain.
*Feb 20: On the road service clinic
*Feb 27: Local author Rob Pulcipher will talk about the great dirt road rides in Washtenaw County. He’s the author of “Dirt Road Washtenaw,” which is available at the store.
