Chelsea Downtown Development Chairman Pete Flintoft has called a special meeting for Thursday, May 1, at 7:30 a.m. “to deliberate and adopt the proposed 2014-15 fiscal year budget.”
This is a public meeting but the only agenda topic will be the budget.
The meeting will be held at the new police building.
