The Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting grand opening for Little Conductors toy store and a grand re-opening for Shabby Chic Consignments, which has a new owner today, May 20 at 11:30 a.m.
Both businesses are in the Oak Tree Shopping Center, 12855 E. Old US-12.
