Chelsea residents, Larry and Nancy Memmer, are walking, talking testimonies to Kiwanis community service in the community and the Michigan District of Kiwanis.
Larry is a past Governor of the Michigan District and will serve his second term as the Chelsea Kiwanis President, 2021-2022. Also in her second term, is Nancy Memmer, wife to Larry, as the Kiwanis Lt. Governor for Michigan Division Six.
