(Publisher’s note: Although not in Chelsea, I know lots of folks enjoy watching the sandhill cranes and attending this annual festival.)
On Oct. 21 beginning at 11 a.m., celebrate Cranes, Colors and Cabernet at the Sandhill Crane Vineyards, 4724 Walz Road, Jackson.
Enjoy a festival to celebrate Michigan’s Sandhill Crane migration, the fall colors, and wine from our friends at Sandhill Crane Vineyards.
Join Sandhill Crane Vineyards, the Jackson Audubon Society, The Phyllis Haehnle Memorial Sanctuary, Legacy Land Conservancy, and The Big 400 for our annual Cranes, Colors and Cabernet Festival.
The vineyard will be open all day for tastings and cheer and stay open late for crane watchers. There will also be mulled wine available to snuff out any fall chills.
