On Sunday, Oct. 23 at 2 p.m., local experts Don and Robyn Henise will present a short program on Sandhill Cranes and then lead a driving tour to view them around the Waterloo Recreation Area.
Visitors can expect to see large flocks of these magnificent birds at close range. Bring binoculars and cameras. Cost: $2/person or $5/family.
