The Chelsea Free Methodist Church will host a Community Block Party on Oct. 31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the activity center in the 400 building of the Washington Street Education Center.
Volunteers will entertain elementary-age kids with free carnival-style games and hand out candy prizes.
Parents will not be left out. They’ll enjoy complimentary cider and donuts. Make this your destination place to warm up after trick or treating at a few homes or begin your evening with us.
