Chelsea First United Methodist Church will host its annual community Halloween party open house on Oct. 31 from 5-6:30 p.m.
Everyone is invited to Chelsea First UMC for snacks, crafts and games. The church doors will be open from 5-6:30ish to warm up from the cold, eat some hot dogs, and have some fun.
