On Halloween, Sunday, Oct. 31, the Kiwanis Club of Chelsea and Chelsea High School’s Key Club will host its annual community Halloween Party.
The event will be held at Palmer Commons, 304 S. Main St., as part of Hometown Halloween, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Cider and doughnuts will be served.
There will be a costume contest with ribbons for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and honorable mention in several age categories and a group category.
