There will be a wrap up meeting on Oct. 12 at 8:30 a.m. at the Village Conference Center for everyone who worked on Paint Chelsea Pink.
“The Comfort Inn & Village Conference Center has graciously offered to serve us breakfast at our wrap up meeting,” according to information about the event.
Volunteers and organizers are invited to bring suggestions for changes for next year, and their thoughts about aspects of the event that worked and didn’t work.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP to 475-1145 so there’s a head count for food preparation.
