People can stop by Pancho Villa restaurant in downtown Chelsea and fill out a raffle ticket to enter a drawing to win a free ipad.
The contest continues until 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 31 when the winner will be chosen. In addition, the restaurant will offer one free kid’s meal with each adult entree purchased on that day as well.
Plus, there will be special Halloween food and drinks on Oct. 31 including “LA BOOOOOrrito.” It’s a large burrito with tender chunks of slow roasted pork, rice and beans topped with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo for $9.50.
