Phil Tolliver, owner of Smokehouse 52 BBQ, was the guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Chelsea Kiwanis Club.
He gave the club an interesting talk about the journey he’s taken to where he is now with his new restaurant, Smokehouse 52, located downtown at 125 South Main St.
