David ‘Casey’ Dayton Blair, Jr. 63, gentleman, devoted husband, father, and friend was suddenly taken away from us Saturday Sept. 15, 2018.
In Casey’s professional life, it was the extended US Corporate tax deadline.
Casey cared most about people. Supportive and understanding, Casey had a deep-seated empathy always willing to share quick wit and a story around the fire, at home or in the community with a beer or glass of wine. Casey was the consummate story teller, but also an adept listener imparting a keen understanding when anyone needed advice or an opinion.
Services will be held at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 121 East Middle St., Chelsea on Friday at 4 p.m. A celebration of life will follow at 5 p.m. at the Chelsea Depot, 125 Jackson St.
