Donald E. Eisemann of Manchester, age 91, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018.
He was born Sept. 1, 1927 in Dexter, the son of Otto and Leona (Sautter) Eisemann.
Don served in the Army at the end of WWII. He worked with his dad and his brother for Eisemann Oil, and later went to Chrysler Proving Grounds. Don’s real love was farming. He owned the family farm from 1962 until the end of his life. He was very good at tinkering, and fixing engines and farm machinery. Don was a member of Dexter Gospel Church.
A private funeral was held at Cole Funeral Chapel. Burial was at Oak Grove Cemetery in Chelsea.
