Sharon (Drew) Clow, age 58, died Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Chelsea Hospital ICU.
She was born August 24, 1965 in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Jack A. and Lois “Lillian” (Dirksen) Drew.
In June of 2002, she married Leland “Lee” Clow, and he preceded her in death on March 11, 2020.
Sharon graduated from Eastern High School in Lansing in 1983. At the age of 40, she started attending Washtenaw Community College and earned her RN. She worked at U of M for over 20 years, and although she worked in several departments, she was most proud of her work in the Urology Cancer Center.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, November 18, 2-4:00 pm at Cole Funeral Chapel.

George R. Thompson, MD of Ann Arbor, MI, passed away peacefully on Sunday November 12, 2023 at the age of 93 years and is now in the loving presence of Almighty God and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Dr. Thompson grew up in Ann Arbor MI and graduated from University High School (1946), and the University of Michigan (BS 1950 and MD 1954). While an undergraduate student, he played trumpet in the Michigan Marching Band under the direction of Dr. William D Revelli.
He completed his training in Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan Hospitals in 1958 then served in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps from 1958- 1960 whereupon he returned to Ann Arbor for his Rheumatology Fellowship following which he joined the Internal Medicine department at the U of M Medical School, rising through the academic ranks to Professor in 1976. He published numerous articles and was member of several professional societies. He became Professor Emeritus in 1992.
Dr. and Mrs. Thompson moved to the Chelsea Retirement Community for the last five years of his life and the family thanks CRC for the support they have provided.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 16th, 3:00 p.m. at the Chelsea Retirement Community Chapel with Pastor Tim Broyles officiating.
