Norman Charles Houk of Chelsea age 90, died Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 at Chelsea Retirement Community.
He was born Feb. 9, 1929 in Chelsea, the son of Fred Herman and Lillie Louise (Krepps) Houk.
Norman worked for the Chrysler Proving Grounds as a heavy equipment operator. He was a charter member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, former member of Ann Arbor St. Thomas Lutheran Church, N. Lake Methodist Church, and the Chelsea V.F.W. post.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1:00 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Chelsea, with Rev. Daniel Pezzica officiating. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Chelsea. The family will receive friends at Cole Funeral Chapel Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
