Shirley Mae “Sherry” (Hunter) Drew of Chelsea, age 83, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019.
She was born Feb. 5, 1936 in Akron, Ohio.
Sherry (she preferred this name) was a loving wife, mom, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed celebrating holidays and special meals with her family and friends. She had a way of making sure that when you spent time in her home it was relaxing, comfortable and filled with loving hospitality.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Feb. 22, 6 p.m. at Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea. The family will receive friends Friday from 4-6 p.m. A private burial will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery.
