“Chills in Chelsea,” the Chelsea District Library’s Halloween party, will take place on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 6:30-8 p.m.
Join in the fun and celebrate all things spooky and terrifying. Children can listen to scary stories, do creepy crafts, and walk through the haunted KidSpot.
Dress in costume and hunt for treats throughout the Library.
