CROP Hunger Walks are neighbors walking together to take a stand against hunger all over the world, both at home and far away.
The annual Chelsea-Dexter walk will begin at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 1:30 p.m. With music and fanfare, walkers will begin the 5-mile or 1-mile walk, and each walker will gather pledges to raise money for the cause.
Join the group in your congregation or call Faith in Action for a pledge envelope at 475-3305. Faith in Action receives 25 percent of all proceeds from the walk.
