Chelsea Rotary President Ginger Sissom recently gave past Rotary President Paul Schissler the coveted Paul Harris Fellow award.
“Paul has donated more than $1,000 as a Paul Harris Fellow, which helps to eliminate Polio, provide potable drinking water to those in need along with many other life-saving programs through Rotary International,” Rotarian Rick Taylor said in an email, adding, “ Thank you, Paul, and congratulations!”
